Dipan Bhattacharyya is the Chief Technology Officer at Axslogic, and provides leadership for new product development and all internal technology infrastructures.
Dipan has over twenty three years of technology experience spanning sectors like Financial (Consumer banking, Credit Cards and Insurance), Internet and IT Strategy Consulting.
He has held senior management positions with organizations like Citigroup, GE Capital and ICICI Prudential, Sify Ltd (India's first private ISP) and Ibibo (greenfield venture of South African firm MIH – well known for their invested companies like Tencents China, Tradus Poland and Mail.ru Russia)
Over the years, Dipan has led technology transformations at each of the roles he has led – transforming IT Operations in Citibank India to a best-in-class function, creating and implementing IT strategies in GE Capital that were accepted as a unique template within the region, driving the use of Data Warehousing to support the information needs of ICICI Prudential – the largest private insurer in India, building a profitable Enterprise Application services business from scratch in Sify and spearheading the shift to open source technologies in Ibibo
