Namrata Pradhan is the Region Head for Middle East & Africa at Axslogic. Namrata has over twenty-six years of experience in retail banking at Citigroup in various roles and businesses in India, UAE and the EMEA Region.
Namrata started her career with the Credit Cards team at Citi in India and subsequently moved to the UAE with Citi’s then-nascent Wealth Management business. She has since successfully progressed to positions of increasing responsibility while gaining significant experience as a Senior Relationship Manager for retail banking clients, heading the Emerging Affluent client segment and eventually heading the Sales Force Development function for the EMEA Retail Banking. She has worked very closely both with the developed and emerging markets of the Europe, Middle East and Africa Region for Citigroup.
At Citigroup, she was extensively involved on many global retail banking initiatives on product development, governance and compliance and was seen as a champion of best practices and success sharing between countries and regions. She also played a critical role in the rollout of structured retail products and complex derivatives and in the Region.
With her strong past sales and client experience, she makes extra efforts to understand the needs of the clients, acquisition of new- to-firm business as well as providing superior client servicing to existing clients with a keen focus on helping clients increase their productivity and profitability. Having spent twenty three years in the Middle East and many years working for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for Citigroup, she has a good understanding of the Regional market and its requirements.
Namrata is firm believer in educating the clients thus enabling them to make value added, appropriate, relevant and timely decisions for their portfolios.
