Ron Mukherjee is the Head of India at Axslogic. With over thirty years spent with Citigroup, Ron has substantial credit risk and business management experience gained in Americas, Europe and Asia.
Ron has worked closely with Hari at Citigroup and in the companies he subsequently founded. Ron was the Global Head of Analytics at Quatrro Risk Management services, a comprehensive analytics and risk management service provider.
Ron started his career with Citigroup as a Management Associate in New York and held senior management positions in O&T, Credit Operation and Risk Management in various countries across the globe. He was also responsible for setting up card businesses in India and Korea. Ron was actively involved in M&A activities, including integration of purchased portfolios and sale of distressed portfolios. He has managed portfolios through various stages of business maturity and economic cycle, along with outsourcing of back office operations. Ron set up a Credit Review Early Warning ( CREW ) process by leveraging credit bureaus in US, Canada and UK, leading to a comprehensive framework of credit extension and control strategy.
Ron is an active participant and contributor to the risk management training faculty. He has sourced and groomed talent over the years and has acted as a consultant in addressing credit issues in many businesses.
