He spent his early years with Bank Of America , Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank where he was groomed in all aspects of banking , with significant experience in Consumer Banking and Back office Operations. He headed the Consumer Bank for Standard Chartered for UAE and Southern Gulf countries.
